What are your delivery fees?
Delivery charges are based on weight and dimensions therefore, is not calculated at the check out process.  When your order is confirmed, Beadsy Beads will send you an invoice with the shipping charges detailed. Please find below the approximate costs:

Within Australia
One or two items = AU$2.00
Items of up to 145 grams = AU$3.00
Registered post is an extra AU$2.50
Express Post of up to 500 grams = AU$7.50 

Outside of Australia
One or two items = AU$3.50
Up to 150grams = AU$ 7.50

When you purchase more than $50 in any one transaction, we will send you your items free of charge (within Australia only).  Please contact us for more information if necessary.

What is the difference between registered post and non-registered post.  How will it affect my order?
You can track your items with Registered Post.  They are delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office where you'll be required to collect them.  Australia Post will send you a card to notify you when the items have arrived. A signature is required upon collection therefore, ensuring safe delivery and avoiding lost items. Delivery time would be approximately 5-7 working days. 

How long before I receive the items ordered?
Within Australia - approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Outside of Australia - approximately 10 to 14 days. 

What is your return policy?
An exchange or credit can be obtained if you change your mind, subject to the items being returned in good condition, within 7 days of purchase and an invoice receipt is provided.  We will refund the full amount should we not have the stock available. 

What do I do if I’ve placed an incorrect order?
You can email us immediately and we can cancel the order if we haven't charge your credit card. If the credit card has been processed, the amount would be credited to your next order.   

I did not receive the items I ordered?
Beadsy Beads are a reputable business and are moving a lot of stock everyday.  As with any business, incorrect orders may sometimes occur. Beadsy Beads apologises for the inconvenience and we want to thank you for your patience. If the items received were not the items you ordered, we will send you the correct items or if there is unavailable stock of the item, we will refund your money in full. 

Is your Website Secure?
Yes. Beadsy Beads is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Therefore, we ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that your information is secure. The personal information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology (SSL) encryption.

How do I obtain a username and password to have access to your specials and benefits and to become a “Affiliate”?
Please submit the form on our Affiliate Programs page and provide full details. You must accept an agreement before we email you your username and password.  Being an Affiliate means you will be able to access our specials and feature items by logging in with the username and password provided. You may also obtain special bulk discounts. You may also fax your details to (08) 9314 1786.

Are there any requirements for being an “Affiliate”?
Yes, you must spend at least $150 per month to be able to become a Preferred Client. In some cases, you may be able to become an Affiliate without this minimum expenditure however, conditions do apply. Please complete the feedback form on the Affiliate Program Page to submit your application.  Beadsy Beads reserves the right to decline your request if you do not select to agree to the terms of the Agreement.

I am allergic to some jewellery.  Are your beads and beading supplies hypo-allergenic?
Beadsy Beads understands the concerns many people have with skin allergies.  That is why we ensure there is something for everyone.  We have non-allergenic ear hooks and nickel free (nickel causes skin itchiness and rash) beading tools and supplies.  We also have 14kt and 18kt gold metal pieces, and for the super allergic, we also have a polishing liquid that you can apply to your jewellery to avoid the allergies.
